Paul Middendorf has a simple philosphy: he likes customers to become part of the buildign team and to help create their dream homes.  Quality is Paul Middendorf Construction’s trademark, because in Paul’s eyes, less time maintaining a home means more time with family.

Paul grew up in a building family and has been on the job since the age of nine, giving him a strong knowledge of the custom building process.  His own custom building company specializes in designing each home to meet customers dreams and needs.  By overseeing the complete process from design to completion, Paul maintains the highest standards for building techniques and materials.  This ensures that each new home is completely exactly as the customer specifies.

Paul Middendorf is a lifetime West Side resident and a graduate of Colerain High School.  His is married with one son.

Paul Middendorf, along with his wife Laura have been building homes and doing restoration, remodeling and renovation in SW Ohio for over 35 years. They are committed to conducting business according to their core beliefs:
